We hereby inform you that the Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. 
Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the processing of your personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Holder of the treatment

The Data Controller is CRER ITALIA srl, Via Cassoletta 41 / CD - Valsamoggia - 40053 loc. Crespellano (BO). 
It is meant by "treatment" - as better specified in art. 4 of the Code, to which reference is made - any operation or set of operations, carried out even without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data, even if not registered in a database.
By "personal data" we mean any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.
This Privacy Policy applies to Users' personal data, collected through the site; the same Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites owned by third parties which can be accessed via a link on the Site.

Types of data processed and methods of processing

CRER ITALIA srl collects some personal data from Users, such as name, surname, email address, User ID and password, aggregated information while browsing the Site, other personal data provided voluntarily by the User during the registration phase or on the occasion of the request. of goods or services offered by the Site or of the request for information sent to the Site by email. 
The contents present are accessible by Users without the need to provide their personal data. However, some parts will be accessible only to registered Users.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified.

With regard to the contents entered by users, CRER ITALIA srl will not be responsible for any violation of third party rights and in any case, by entering the data, the User definitively transfers the non-exclusive ownership of the same to CRER ITALIA srl.
